Art Moves Summer Dance Festival |
| Art Moves Summer Dance Festival began in 2001 after Jim Delamater saw and Art Moves into the Schools show with the Art Moves Dance Group and their students from several local schools. Northeast Bank became the matching sponsor for grants to Art Moves via fiscal sponsor Western Maine Development to bring dance students and professionals into the Norway Summer Festival. This resulted in classes and shows at OHCHS. Then, in 2003 a 24'x32' stage was built on the Norway Town Office Lawn by Rob Bergman and crew for outdoor shows. Master classes were held a block away at Art Moves Dance Studio. |
